Brook-Lea Country Club is available for the use of the membership and member-sponsored outside events. The Board and Membership of Brook-Lea appreciate your support of the club. Our goal is to provide you with the product, service and atmosphere you should expect from one of the finest private clubs in Western New York. We are happy to discuss any questions, ideas, thoughts, and suggestions you may have to create the event that best suits your needs.

• Donald Ross Room - Entire Room:
• Banquet Seating - 250 people without dance floor, bar or buffet. (75 less with stations).
• Banquet Seating - 200 people with dance floor, entertainment and bar. (75 less with stations).
• Classroom Seating - 125 people.
• Theatre Seating - 200 people.
• Trade Show, Fair, etc. - 6-10" Booths, 125 participants with light refreshments/break station.
• Donald Ross Room - East-end only:
• Banquet Seating - 40 people (32 people with bar).
• Conference Meeting - 25 people.
• Theatre Seating - 40 people.
• Donald Ross Room - West/Center-only:
• Banquet Seating - 150 people without dance floor, bar or buffet.
• Main Dining Room:
• Banquet Seating - 100 people without dance floor or bar. (40 less with stations).
• Banquet Seating - 60 people with dance floor, entertainment, bar. (no stations).
• Class Room Seating - 50 people.
• Theatre Seating - 125 people.
• Board Room:
• Meeting-style Seating - 30 people with A/V and Dining Services.
